Build a Set Around the Collection You Want to Sell

A yoga apparel set may contain two matching pieces or a wider collection of related garments. Ninghow Yoga can review coordinated combinations such as:

The right structure depends on your collection plan, intended use, size range and the products you want customers to combine. A set may be designed for yoga, Pilates, gym or broader fitness use. You can begin with one matching outfit or define several related pieces for a seasonal or private label range.

For detailed garment decisions, you can compare the wider custom yoga apparel product range and then select the relevant product categories. Keeping the set structure clear at the start makes it easier to coordinate samples, colour decisions, quantities and packaging across the collection.

Prepare the Information Needed for a Set Quotation

A clear project brief helps the manufacturing team assess the set as a complete collection. Include the following information where available:

EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP may apply according to the project and shipment requirements. T/T and L/C are supported, with other arrangements considered according to the order and cooperation requirements. These terms are confirmed during project review rather than treated as a universal arrangement.

Coordinate Materials, Colours and Trims Across Matching Pieces

Material and colour choices affect how a coordinated collection looks and performs as a group. We support fabric and trim sourcing according to the product, fabric and project requirements. Your brief may include a named material direction, a target hand feel, a colour reference, trim details or a project-specified material option.

Recycled, organic or other project-specified material directions may be considered where they suit the design and sourcing requirements. These descriptions do not replace the need to confirm the actual fabric composition, available colours, trims and supporting documentation for your project.

When several pieces are intended to match, discuss the colour plan for each garment, the relationship between fabric lots and the trim selection. It is also useful to identify which pieces must share the same colour and which may use complementary shades. Our activewear fabric and trim sourcing service can support this part of the development discussion.

Align Fit and Sizing Across the Full Set

Matching garments need more than a shared colour. The fit relationship between the pieces must make sense when they are worn together. A bra, top, legging or short may have different measurement points and construction requirements, but the collection still needs a clear size structure and fit direction.

Provide the measurements, size range, reference samples, technical drawings or tech pack information available for your project. Explain the intended fit, such as close-fitting, supportive or relaxed, and identify how the pieces should work together. Our team supports pattern and sample development, fit and size communication, and product requirement review according to project needs.

Sample review gives you an opportunity to assess the relationship between the garments rather than approving each piece in isolation. Check the measurements, proportions, colour relationship, sewing details and overall appearance of the complete set. For a focused development route, see yoga apparel sample development.

Move from Set Samples to Bulk Production

The production process starts when the design, fabric and technical details are sufficiently confirmed for sample development. Sample development typically takes5–7 days after those details are confirmed. Complex styles or special fabric projects may require7–10 days.

For a coordinated set, review the pieces together where possible. This allows you to check the colour relationship, fit alignment, decoration and packaging direction before approving the collection for production. Bulk production is typically20–35 days after deposit, material confirmation and pre-production sample approval. Final timing depends on the product, quantity and customisation requirements.

MOQ is flexible and is confirmed according to the product, fabric, colour, quantity and customisation requirements. A smaller trial quantity may be considered for selected products, but it is subject to the design and process requirements and must be reviewed for the specific project. It is not a universal minimum quantity.

Check Consistency Before the Collection Ships

Several garments in one collection create several points to review. Ninghow Yoga’s quality process can include product requirement review, fabric and colour checking, measurement and sewing inspection, process quality control, final inspection and packaging review.

For coordinated sets, pay particular attention to the points that buyers will compare across pieces:

AQL inspection, customer-appointed inspection and third-party inspection can be supported when required. We can coordinate with third-party inspection or testing providers such as SGS or Intertek according to the project requirements. The inspection criteria and timing should be agreed for the specific order.

Plan Private Label Yoga Sets With One Coordinated Brief

For brands developing matching activewear sets, the most useful starting point is a collection brief that connects product combinations, fit, materials, colour, branding and packaging. Ninghow Yoga can then review the development route, sample requirements, applicable production conditions and quality checkpoints for your project.

Submit your designs or tech packs, set combinations, fabric information, quantities and brand requirements to begin a focused discussion. We can also review a request for samples when you need to assess the relationship between the pieces before moving to bulk production.
