Custom Yoga Apparel Services Built Around Your Project Stage

Ninghow Yoga is the specialized yoga apparel division of Ninghow Apparel. We provide custom yoga apparel manufacturing services for established brands, startup labels, studios, retailers, importers and other B2B apparel buyers.

Our service scope connects product development, fabric and trim sourcing, samples, bulk production, quality coordination, packaging and international shipment support. Apparel manufacturing operations in Shenzhen, Zhongshan and Jiangxi support these activities for yoga, activewear and fitness projects.

The right route depends on what you already have. You may need OEM production from a completed technical package, ODM support to develop a concept, private label coordination for branded garments, or bulk production for an approved style. Manufacturing Flow

Coordinate Materials, Samples and Fit Before Production

Fabric, trim, pattern, size and fit decisions are shared checkpoints across OEM, ODM and private label projects. Our service operation supports fabric and trim sourcing, pattern coordination, sample development and communication about measurements and fit.

Sample development is typically5–7 days after the design, fabric and technical details are confirmed. Complex styles or projects using special fabrics may require7–10 days. Timing is therefore linked to the level of technical confirmation and the complexity of the style.

Factory Coordination

Start with OEM When the Product Is Already Defined

OEM yoga apparel manufacturing is suited to buyers who control the product specification. You may provide a tech pack, design file, reference garment or a structured list of requirements.

An effective OEM brief identifies the garment format, fabric and trim requirements, measurements, size range, colours, logo placement, packaging and planned quantity. We review these inputs, coordinate material sourcing, support pattern and sample development, and prepare the approved style for production.

The review also identifies details that require confirmation before sampling. A clear brief makes it easier to align construction, fit, branding and material expectations. It does not remove the need for sample review and approval before bulk production.

Compare OEM, ODM, Private Label and Bulk Service Routes

OEM, ODM, private label and bulk production describe different starting points. Selecting the correct route helps define the development work, information and approvals required before production.

A project can combine routes. For example, an ODM development project may continue through private label packaging and bulk production after the style is approved.

01

OEM Route

Suitable starting point: You have a design, reference sample or technical package.

Typical service focus: Requirement review, material sourcing, patterns, samples and production coordination.

Buyer inputs: Product specifications, measurements, materials, branding and quantity.

02

ODM Route

Suitable starting point: You have a collection idea or reference concept but need development support.

Typical service focus: Product direction, fabrics, trims, patterns, samples, fit and branding coordination.

Buyer inputs: Target product, market direction, references, size needs and brand requirements.

03

Private Label

Suitable starting point: You need garments presented under your own brand.

Typical service focus: Colours, logos, labels, hangtags, decoration and packaging coordination.

Buyer inputs: Brand artwork, label details, packaging needs and selected product direction.

04

Product Planning

Suitable starting point: Your product, materials and pre-production sample are approved.

Typical service focus: Production handover, quality coordination, packaging and shipment preparation.

Buyer inputs: Approved specifications, order quantity, packaging and shipment requirements.

Use ODM Support to Turn a Collection Idea into a Defined Product

ODM activewear development fits projects that begin with a concept, market direction or reference rather than a completed specification. We work with the buyer to turn that direction into product requirements that can be sampled and reviewed.

The development discussion may cover product selection, fabrics, trims, colours, patterns, measurements, size and fit communication, branding and packaging. Buyers should still provide a focused brief. Useful inputs include the intended product type, visual references, target fit, size range, material direction and brand presentation.

ODM is a collaborative development route, not a guarantee of a particular market result. Each product must move through technical confirmation, sampling and approval before it is ready for bulk production.

Match Branding and Packaging to the Garment

Available decoration applications include embroidery, screen printing, sublimation and heat transfer. The suitable option depends on the product, fabric and design requirements. Artwork, placement, dimensions, colours and the selected material should be reviewed before a method is confirmed.

We also support labels, hangtags, standard export packaging and customized private label packaging according to project requirements. Packaging decisions may affect presentation, packing preparation and shipment planning, so the brief should state both brand and logistical needs.

Move an Approved Style into Bulk Activewear Production

Bulk production begins after the required commercial and technical checkpoints are complete. The verified timing guidance is typically20–35 days after deposit, material confirmation and pre-production sample approval. Final timing depends on the product, quantity and customization requirements.

The production handover connects confirmed materials and specifications with material preparation, cutting, sewing, decoration where required, finishing, inspection and packaging. Quality coordination covers requirement review, fabric and colour checking, measurement and sewing inspection, process quality control, final inspection and packaging review.

After production and packing, we can support export documentation and international shipment communication. EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP are available according to project and shipment requirements. The applicable arrangement must be confirmed for each order rather than assumed as a universal delivery term.

Prepare the Information Needed for a Service Review

A useful project brief allows our team to identify the appropriate service route and the details that still need confirmation. Include the following information where available:

MOQ is flexible and confirmed according to the product, fabric, colour, quantity and customization requirements. It is not one fixed quantity for every project. Payment arrangements include T/T and L/C according to order and cooperation requirements.

Once these inputs are reviewed, the next discussion can focus on development requirements, applicable timing, order conditions and quotation details.

OEM is normally the relevant route when you already have a defined design, technical package or reference sample. Ninghow Yoga can review the requirements, coordinate material sourcing and samples, and prepare an approved style for production. Missing construction, measurement or material details may still need confirmation during development.

OEM starts from a buyer-defined product. ODM starts from a concept or reference that needs collaborative product development. Private label service focuses on presenting the selected products under the buyer’s brand through colours, logos, labels, hangtags and packaging. A project may combine more than one route.

Sample development is typically5–7 days after the design, fabric and technical details are confirmed. Complex styles or special fabric projects may require7–10 days. The timing begins after the necessary development information has been agreed.

Bulk production can move forward after deposit, material confirmation and pre-production sample approval. Production is typically20–35 days from those checkpoints. Final timing depends on the product, quantity and customization requirements.

Yes. We support labels, hangtags, private label packaging and decoration applications including embroidery, screen printing, sublimation and heat transfer. The appropriate decoration route depends on the garment, fabric, artwork and design requirements.

Send the product scope, design or reference files, material direction, sizes, branding needs, packaging requirements, planned quantity and shipment information. If some details are not yet defined, identify your concept and current development stage so we can assess whether OEM, ODM or another service route is appropriate.

Build Brand Identity into a Private Label Project

Private label yoga apparel manufacturing connects the garment with the buyer’s brand identity. The scope can include custom colours, logos, labels, hangtags and private label packaging according to project requirements.

The review starts with the selected garment and material because these choices affect the suitable branding route. Buyers should provide artwork, placement and size requirements, colour references, label information and packaging expectations. Product scope and quantity are also needed because a multi-style collection may require coordination across different garments and materials.

Private label work can be added to an OEM or ODM project. The branding and packaging details should be reviewed during development rather than introduced only after the product has been approved.
