Set the Product, Fabric and Colour Direction Before Sampling
Sample development starts with a clear technical and brand brief. We review the product concept, fabric and trim direction, colours, technical details, branding requirements and packaging expectations before development begins. If you have reference designs or a tech pack, include them with the enquiry. If the material direction is still open, our team can support fabric and trim sourcing according to the product and project requirements.
Material choices should be assessed alongside the garment format and intended use. Stretch, hand feel, construction, colour and decoration all affect how a private label style is developed. Project-specified recycled, organic or other material options can be discussed, but any material evidence or certification requirements must be confirmed for the specific project.

Move From Concept to Reviewable Samples
Ninghow Yoga supports pattern and sample development, size and fit communication, and the technical handover needed before bulk production. The development team uses the confirmed design, fabric and technical details to prepare samples for review. Buyers can then assess the garment’s construction, measurements, fit, colour, branding and overall collection alignment.
Sample development is typically5–7 days after the design, fabric and technical details are confirmed. Complex styles or special fabric projects may require7–10 days. These are project conditions rather than universal delivery promises; the applicable timing depends on the style and the information available at handover.
For a sample-focused discussion, use the yoga apparel sample request route. Include the design, fabric and technical details available so the team can assess the project accurately.
- Submit the product concept, reference design or technical pack.
- Confirm the fabric, trims, colours, size requirements and branding direction.
- Review the proposed pattern and sample requirements.
- Assess the sample and communicate fit, measurement or design adjustments.
- Approve the pre-production sample when the collection is ready for production planning.
Confirm the Handover Before Bulk Production
A private label collection moves into bulk production after the commercial and technical inputs are confirmed. The main conditions include the selected product, fabric, colour, quantity, customization requirements, material confirmation, deposit and pre-production sample approval.
MOQ is not a universal figure for every collection. It must be reviewed against the product, fabric, colour, order quantity and customization details. The same principle applies to timing: final production scheduling is confirmed after the required commercial and technical approvals are in place.
See bulk activewear production for the production handover and order coordination route.
Use Defined Quality Checks to Protect Collection Consistency
Collection consistency depends on reviewing both individual garments and the order as a whole. Ninghow’s quality control process includes product requirement review, fabric and colour checking, measurement and sewing inspection, process quality control, final inspection and packaging review.
These checkpoints connect the approved product information with the finished order. Requirement review establishes what the garment must match. Fabric and colour checks examine the selected material direction. Measurement and sewing inspection review construction details, while final and packaging reviews prepare the order for shipment coordination.
AQL inspection and customer-appointed or third-party inspection can be supported when required. Ninghow can also coordinate with third-party inspection or testing providers such as SGS or Intertek according to project requirements. The inspection arrangement, criteria and reporting expectations should be agreed for the specific order.

Build a Connected Collection Across Key Apparel Categories
A private label collection can begin with one product family or combine coordinated styles for a broader yoga and activewear range. Ninghow Yoga supports the following product formats:
When planning the range, consider how each style fits the collection’s role, price architecture and intended use. A focused launch may centre on bottoms and bras, while a larger programme may add tops, layers or matching sets. Keeping product formats, colours, trims and branding details aligned makes the collection easier to develop and present under one label.

Prepare Export Packaging and International Shipment
After production and quality review, Ninghow Yoga supports standard export packaging, customized private label packaging, export documentation and international shipment coordination. Trade terms can include EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP according to the project and shipment requirements.
Shipment planning should identify the destination, packaging format, order quantity, required documentation and preferred trade-term discussion. These details allow the applicable arrangement to be reviewed rather than assuming one delivery method for every market. Ninghow serves international B2B apparel customers across North America, Europe, Australia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and South America.
When you contact the team, provide the collection products, material direction, colours, quantity, branding, packaging and shipment requirements. We can then review the route from private label concept to production and international delivery.
