MOQ is flexible and is confirmed according to the product, fabric, colour, quantity and customization requirements. A smaller trial quantity may be considered for selected products, but it depends on the design or process requirements and is subject to project review. It is not a universal quantity for every private label order.
Sample development is typically5–7 days after the design, fabric and technical details are confirmed. Complex styles or special fabric projects may require7–10 days. Bulk production is typically20–35 days after deposit, material confirmation and pre-production sample approval. Final timing depends on the product, quantity and customization requirements.
These timings are project conditions, not universal promises. The manufacturing team confirms the applicable schedule after reviewing the product and order details.
Review Quality Before Branded Orders Move Forward
Private label buyers need confidence that the finished garments match the approved product and branding details. Ninghow Yoga quality review can cover product requirement review, fabric and colour checking, measurement and sewing inspection, process quality control, final inspection and packaging review.
Where required by the project, AQL inspection, customer-appointed inspection or third-party inspection can be supported. Ninghow Yoga can coordinate with third-party inspection or testing providers such as SGS or Intertek according to project requirements. The inspection arrangement, criteria and responsibility are confirmed for each order.
Packaging review is also part of the branded order handover. Standard export packaging and customized private label packaging are supported according to project requirements. Ninghow Apparel was founded in March1988 and has developed into an apparel manufacturer serving international B2B customers. Ninghow Yoga is its specialized vertical division focused on custom yoga apparel, activewear and private label manufacturing.
Ninghow operates apparel manufacturing operations in Shenzhen, Zhongshan and Jiangxi, China.
